Relinquishes a portion of the storm water and sanitary sewer easement established with Reception No. 2019060312 situated between East 56th Avenue, North Telluride Street, Green Valley Ranch Boulevard, and Peña Boulevard, in Council District 11.

Summary

Denver’s Department of Transportation and Infrastructure requested an ordinance to relinquish a 57,845-square-foot (1.3279-acre) portion of a permanent storm-water and sanitary-sewer easement recorded in 2019.
