Toledo staff recommend approving Special Use Permit SUP26-0019 for a day care center at 622 Phillips Avenue in the Asbury Park neighborhood. The existing property contains an office building and parking lot in Limited Industrial and Duplex Residential districts; a permit is required because day care is not automatically allowed in the RD6 portion.
