$2.77M contract awarded to build Elia Park in District 7

San Jose will pay QLM Inc. $2.77 million to build Elia Park at West Alma Avenue and Sanborn Avenue in District 7, with a $276,790 contingency. The 0.33-acre children’s park will replace two structures with play equipment, shade, fencing, paving, lighting, irrigation and plantings. Construction is expected to start in December 2026 and finish in September 2027.
