Summary
Phoenix’s FY 2026–27 General Fund supplementals allocate funding for family stability, homelessness, youth services, public safety, and customer access to City services. A $5 million set-aside supports childcare affordability and SNAP navigation, with the assistance program expected to launch in October 2026. Human Services also receives $3.15 million for crisis assistance and $2.5 million to master-lease at least 50 housing units for people exiting homelessness. Parks funding expands tutoring, teen programs, fee waivers, Saturday youth-center hours, and lighting improvements at five parks. Planning and Development receives $1.5 million to improve City Hall check-in, facilities, website, and technology. Street Transportation receives $500,000 for 17 new lights and 24 upgrades along the 27th Avenue corridor.
