Phoenix’s Ordinance G- would rezone 20.86 acres south of 15th Avenue and Baseline Road, in Council District 8, from S-1 (approved R1-18) to a Planned Unit Development. The Meritage Homes project would allow up to 152 for-sale homes—62 detached and 90 attached—at 7.31 units per acre, subject to a related General Plan amendment increasing the designation to 5–10 units per acre.
