Description

An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new public water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for two properties located at 5639 and 5645 Valley View Road, also known as Valley View Residential, (MWS Project Nos. 26-WL-23 and 26-SL-87 and Proposal No. 2026M-070ES-001).

Summary

The Metropolitan Planning Commission has recommended that the Metropolitan Council approve infrastructure for the Valley View Residential Development in Council District 26, represented by Courtney Johnston. The request covers acceptance of about 766 feet of new eight-inch ductile iron water main, 763 feet of eight-inch PVC sanitary sewer main, three fire hydrants, six sewer manholes, and related easements. Metro agencies, including Water Services, Parks, Transportation, Emergency Communications, Nashville Electric Service, General Services, and the Historical Commission, reviewed and supported the proposal.
