Title: An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to abandon existing public sanitary sewer mains, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, and to accept new public water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes and associated easements, for nine properties located at Dickerson Pike, Gatewood Avenue and Marie Street, also known as The Pike Phase 1 (MWS Project Nos. 25-WL-31 and 25-SL-69 and Proposal No. 2025M-191ES-001).
