The Twin Creeks Village West Community Improvement District (CID) was created by Kansas City Ordinance No. 200462 in 2020 under Missouri’s CID law. It imposes a 1% sales tax on retail sales within the district to fund eligible improvements, services, administration, and reimbursements to the developer.
