Council members propose honoring former member Matt Schellenberg

Jacksonville City Council members Boylan and Johnson introduced a resolution honoring former Council Member Matt Schellenberg for his public service. Schellenberg represented District 6 for two terms, served on several local and national government committees, advocated for Mandarin parks, trails and sidewalks, and joined the Charter Revision Commission in 2019. The resolution takes effect if signed by the mayor or without the mayor’s signature under the stated conditions.
