Up to $31.2M approved for 180-unit Tori Meadows housing project

Jacksonville has approved the Jacksonville Housing Finance Authority’s plan to issue up to $31.2 million in multifamily housing revenue bonds for Tori Meadows, a roughly 180-unit development on San Diego Road northwest of Spring Park Road. Tori Meadows Ltd. would use the bond proceeds for acquisition and construction. The bonds will not be backed by the city’s general revenues or taxing power, and the approval requires compliance with the authority’s bond allocation policies.
