Council confirms Monica Richardson for second Human Rights Commission term

The Jacksonville City Council confirmed Mayor’s reappointment of Monica D. Richardson to the Jacksonville Human Rights Commission. Richardson, a Duval County resident, will serve a second full term ending Dec. 31, 2027.
