Council confirms Jamaal Brown for second Human Rights Commission term

Jamaal Brown will serve a second full term on the Jacksonville Human Rights Commission after the City Council confirmed Mayor Donna Deegan’s reappointment. Brown’s term runs through Dec. 31, 2028.
