Council confirms Shivamallappa for second term on Human Rights Commission

The City Council confirmed Mayor Donna Deegan’s reappointment of Mahesh Shivamallappa, a Duval County resident, to the Jacksonville Human Rights Commission. He will serve a second full term ending Dec. 31, 2029.
