Drainage easement near Prominence Parkway set to close for redevelopment
Jacksonville is set to close and abandon a drainage easement in Council District 11 at DFH Prominence LP’s request so the company can redevelop parcels near Prominence Parkway. The company paid a $1,066 application fee, and agencies reviewing the request raised no objections. The closure cannot be recorded until the company signs and delivers a hold-harmless covenant; the ordinance takes effect after the mayor signs it or it becomes effective without a signature.
