Jacksonville approved a small-scale land-use change for about 1.04 acres at 4555 and 4609 Wesconnett Boulevard in Council District 9. The property, owned by Curtis Baxter, will change from Neighborhood Commercial to Business Park under the 2045 Comprehensive Plan. The change takes effect 31 days after adoption if it is not challenged; a challenge could delay it until state review is complete.
