Council considers low-density zoning for 1.67 acres on Adams Avenue

Jacksonville is considering a zoning change for about 1.67 acres at 0 Adams Avenue in Council District 8, owned by First Coast Properties of Jacksonville Inc. The proposal would change the property from Planned Unit Development to Residential Low Density-60 zoning. The change is tied to a companion Future Land Use Map amendment and would take effect only after that amendment is adopted and any state challenge is resolved.
