Title: APPROVAL OF A RESOLUTION NO. 43-26 OF THE CITY OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, RETROACTIVELY APPROVING A GRANT APPLICATION AND APPROVING A GRANT AGREEMENT WITH THE U.S. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY PROVIDING FUNDING TO UPGRADE THE NORTH HIGH SERVICE PUMP STATION AND THE MILLER PARK HIGH SERVICE PUMP STATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,412,729.00 WITH A REQUIRED COST-SHARE OF $1,103,182.00; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE ANY AMENDMENTS AND/OR RENEWALS AND TAKE ANY AND ALL ACTIONS NECESSARY TO EFFECTUATE THE INTENT OF THIS RESOLUTION; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
