Variance approved to split Woodland Avenue parcel into two four-unit lots
Columbus approved a zoning variance for Fisk Properties to split the parcel at 370 and 376 Woodland Ave. into two lots, with one existing four-unit dwelling on each lot. The approval reduces required parking from six to four spaces per dwelling. The 0.40-acre site is zoned R-3, which otherwise allows only single-unit homes as the primary residential use. The Near East Area Commission and city departments recommended approval.
