Municipal Court signs $749,121 in recovery foundation grants

Franklin County Municipal Court has signed agreements for two OneOhio Recovery Foundation grants totaling $749,121. The grants run from October 5, 2026, through October 4, 2028, and support on-site recovery and justice innovation, plus expanded diagnostic capacity for judicial accountability and equity.

To authorize the Administrative and Presiding Judge of the Franklin County Municipal Court to accept two grant awards from OneOhio Recovery Foundation; to appropriate $749,121.00 from the unappropriated balance of the private grant fund to assessors and drug lab technicians; and to declare an emergency.
