Columbus approves $146,176 DocuSign subscription

Columbus Technology plans to buy a one-year DocuSign subscription through Brown Enterprise Solutions for $146,176.30. The package includes 25,000 eSignature envelopes, 1,000 Advanced Web Forms uses per month and enterprise support from Nov. 1, 2026, through Oct. 31, 2027. City Council approved the purchase 9-0 on Oct. 5; the acting mayor signed it Oct. 6.

To authorize the Director of the Department of Technology to renew a contract with Brown Enterprise Solutions, LLC for Docusign subscription and support services; to authorize an expenditure from the Department of Technology, Information Services Fund and the Columbus Public Health Operating Fund; and to declare an emergency.
