4970 Lindora Drive rezoned for 20-unit apartment building

A 0.92-acre parcel at 4970 Lindora Drive was rezoned from C-4 commercial to L-AR-1 limited apartment residential for a proposed 20-unit apartment building. Tijen Incorporated, LLC requested the change; city staff recommended approval, while the Greater South East Area Commission recommended disapproval. Columbus City Council approved the rezoning through the Zoning Committee with an 8-1 vote.
