Summary

Baltimore City Council Bill 26-0219, introduced July 13, 2026, is a resolution supporting State designation of a Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) around and including the Rogers Avenue Metro Station. The area, identified in attached maps and specified blocks and lots, may include public and private parking, housing, commercial buildings, and related facilities within or near the station. The plan is intended to encourage transit, walking, and bicycling. Under Maryland law, the City’s designation is required for State approval.
