Celebrating Black Fatherhood Month FOR the purpose of celebrating Black Fatherhood Month and recognizing the love, support, guidance, and wisdom Black fathers, stepfathers, grandfathers, uncles, mentors, and other father figures have contributed to Baltimore and its children and youth.

Summary

Baltimore City Council Resolution 26-0057R, introduced and adopted June 15, 2026, recognizes June as Black Fatherhood Month.
