Title: Authorize negotiation and execution of a lease agreement with Austin Wildlife Rescue, a Texas non-profit corporation, for a term of 60 months, with three additional five-year extension options, for approximately 17,424 square feet of vacant City land and additional parking at 7201 Levander Loop, Austin, Texas 78702, for an annual lease rate of $100. Funding: This item is projected to result in additional revenue of $500 in the Fiscal Years 2026-2031 of the Operating Budget of Austin Animal Services.
