Approve a resolution appointing one member each to the Boards of Directors of Southeast Travis County Municipal Utility District #1, Southeast Travis County Municipal Utility District #2, Southeast Travis County Municipal Utility District #3, and Southeast Travis County Municipal Utility District #4, as provided for in the consent agreements with each respective district. Funding: This item has no fiscal impact.

Summary

The proposed Austin City Council resolution appoints one City representative to each of four Southeast Travis County Municipal Utility Districts (MUDs), as required by the districts’ consent agreements with Austin. Veronica Escalante, Reed Baker, and Peggy Carrasquillo would be reappointed to MUDs 1, 2, and 3, respectively, for terms ending November 30, 2030; each would begin a second four-year term. Aurora Castañeda would be appointed to MUD 4 for her first full four-year term after filling a vacancy.
