Authorize additional contingency funding for the construction contract for the 7th Street and Springdale Road Intersection Improvements Project for Austin Transportation and Public Works with MA Smith Contracting Co., Inc., to increase the contract contingency by $297,010, for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $2,475,085. Funding: $297,010 is available in the Capital Budget of Austin Transportation and Public Works.
