Approve a resolution directing the City Manager to perform an analysis of appropriate mechanisms to support development and infrastructure investment within the Lakeline Station area (Station Area), generally bounded by West Parmer Lane, U.S. Highway 183, State Highway 45, and Lakeline Boulevard, to evaluate infrastructure investment, redevelopment and economic development and co-location opportunities for public services and civic spaces within the Station Area, and prioritize a partnership strategy for development and implementation.

Austin Resolution 26-2410 directs the City Manager to study funding and planning tools for coordinated development around Lakeline Station, generally bounded by Parmer Lane, U.S. 183, SH 45, and Lakeline Boulevard. The study would assess tax and public-private financing, infrastructure grants, and mobility projects such as trails, bikeways, and safer station connections.
