Title: Authorize negotiation and execution of an interlocal agreement with the cities of Round Rock, Cedar Park, and Leander for the reimbursement of costs related to the expansion and rehabilitation of a portion of the Brushy Creek Interceptor of the Brushy Creek Regional Wastewater System, with the City's share of funding not to exceed $1,400,000. Funding: $1,400,000 is available in the Capital Budget of Austin Water.
