Title: ANN ARBOR COMMUNITY CLIMATE ACTION GRANT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANN ARBOR AND AFC ANN ARBOR, INC. This Community Climate Action Grant Agreement (“Agreement”) is between the City of Ann Arbor, a Michigan municipal corporation, 301 E. Huron Street, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48104 (the “City”) and AFC Ann Arbor, Inc., a Michigan corporation, 1006 Avon Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48104 (“Grantee”) (each individually a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”).
